Picnic--Tuesday, May 31
We are finishing out the year strong, so a celebration and some fun in the sun is quite warranted. The plan is to spend our day enjoying God’s nature with a devotion, lunch and treats, organized games, and a water gun fight.
Sign up for an item to pitch in and make our picnic a de-"light." Please email or let me know via your child what you would like to contribute from the list below. Then, I will place your student's ID number next to the item to reserve it:
1. Driver for 15-passenger van#1 (and re-fueling after dropping the kids off):
2. Driver for 15-passenger van#2 (and re-fueling after dropping the kids off):
3. Picking up (pre-ordered) pizza order from Costco ($2 per slice) OR the purchasing and/or grilling hamburgers ($2 each per order) and hotdogs ($1 each per order). These food items will be paid for in advance so as to not under or over estimate quantities needed and help with costs associated.
4. Organizing the picnic dining areas with 6 table cloths and rocks (items) to hold them down:
5. Veggie tray with dip
6. Fruit tray
7. Dessert (i.e. cookies)
8. Drinks—no sodas (32 Count)
